Thrive Group are delighted to be supporting a marketing leading supplier in FMCG and pharmaceutical sector actively looking to recruit a Production Manager to join the company near Warminster on a permanent basis.
What you will be doing:
The successful candidate will be responsible for the factory and efficient running of day-to-day manufacturing activities. 

Oversee manufacturing and preparation of chemicals for distribution.
Lead, develop, and motivate the manufacturing team to meet production targets and manage performance.
Ensure all operational projects and timescales are delivered as planned
Purchasing and inventory control of raw materials.
Ensure compliance with QSHE, safety, and hygiene standards.
Ensure all manufacturing processes adhere to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)
Facilities management and maintenance. What you will need to succeed:

Actively contribute to continuous improvement and lean operations, identifying opportunities to reduce waste and improve processes.
Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline, preferably with a focus on Process Engineering.
Background in a chemical production facility or similar manufacturing environment.
Experience using SAP, MRP and Excel
Minimum of IOSH or NEBOSH qualification in Health and Safety What you will receive in return:

Competitive salary with 5% bonus on achieving target
Monday to Friday – full time 37.30 hours per week
