Production Facilities Manager – Warminster

New Resource Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a leading manufacturing company based in Warminster. We're seeking an experienced Global Production Facilities Manager to oversee production operations and facilities management within a dynamic, fast-paced chemical manufacturing environment.

This is a key leadership role for someone with a strong background in chemical production, team management, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage day-to-day production facility operations and staff

*

Oversee chemical manufacturing and raw material inventory

*

Lead, motivate and develop the production team

*

Ensure compliance with Health & Safety (IOSH/NEBOSH essential)

*

Drive process improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives

*

Maintain site facilities and liaise with technical, distribution and admin teams

*

Ensure production KPIs, quality standards, and delivery targets are met

*

Use SAP for production and inventory processes

Requirements:

*

Degree in Engineering or similar technical field (process engineering preferred)

*

Proven experience in chemical production or similar manufacturing

*

Management experience, including team development and performance

*

IOSH or NEBOSH Health & Safety qualification

*

Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office and SAP (preferred)

*

Excellent communication, organisational and negotiation skills

*

Hands-on, proactive, and flexible approach to problem-solving

Desirable:

*

Forklift Counter-Balance licence

*

Experience with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)
