This is an excellent opportunity for senior Process Engineers to lead manufacturing development at a state-of-the-art facility, for a world leading global manufacturer of digital technologies.This is an established industry player with over 30 years of experience; a multi-million-pound business who have products which are used in a variety of hi-tech industries across the globe.

Role Overview:

Reporting into Head of NPI and working alongside a team of process and equipment engineers and supervisors/Team Leaders
Lead development, optimisation and support of advanced manufacturing processes
Accountable for sustaining current production lines and NPI, driving continuous improvementWhat are we looking for?

A process engineering background with an understanding of manufacturing development and process optimization
Qualifications: a degree in engineering or physics. Good understanding of failure analysis and statistical tools.
Personality: leader who can mentor and influence decision making. Someone who can show initiative and creativity
Desirable: MEMS fabrications and semiconductor experience. Use of CAD systems and Software (Python/MATLAB)
