Site based commutable from Swansea, Carmarthen, Llanelli, Aberdare and surrounding areas.

Are you from a Fabrication and Welding background with experience of New Product Introduction looking for a highly autonomous, highly technical role where you will technically progress your career, manage projects from concept to production and be recognised for your technical excellence as the go to expert for your department?

This a great opportunity to join a specialist manufacturer where you will harness your technical ability to manage the process of introducing a new range of products, be highly autonomous and have the opportunity to progress your career further in line with the companies exciting growth plans.

This company have established themselves as the leading technical manufacturer within their industry and export their products across the world. They take their full product range from concept to scaled production, completing the entire manufacturing process in house. In line with their goal for long term growth, they are looking to further expand their export market through a new product range.

On offer is a highly technical role where you will lead new product introduction projects, be recognised as the departments go to specialist and develop both the quality and production engineering processes.

This role would suit someone from the Fabrication and Welding industry with New Product Introduction experience that is looking to move into a highly autonomous role within a specialist manufacturer.
