Are you a passionate Mechanical Design Engineer with a flair for innovation and detail? Join a dynamic engineering team at a well-established environmental technology company that's driving the future of sustainable infrastructure.

What You'll Be Doing:

Designing and developing bespoke mechanical systems, components, and assemblies for environmental and energy recovery projects.

Producing detailed 3D CAD models and manufacturing drawings using industry-standard software.

Collaborating closely with electrical and process engineers to deliver integrated technical solutions.

Supporting projects from concept through to manufacture and installation, ensuring all designs meet safety, performance, and regulatory standards.

Taking part in testing, prototyping, and continuous improvement of existing designs.

What We're Looking For:

Degree or HND/HNC in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.

Strong proficiency in 3D CAD (preferably SolidWorks or similar).

Knowledge of fabrication, welding processes, and mechanical manufacturing methods.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Comfortable working both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Bonus Points For:

Experience in the environmental, energy, or process industries.

Familiarity with P&IDs, pressure systems, and site installation considerations.

Understanding of ATEX, DSEAR, or similar compliance frameworks.
