    About the Role

    This is a hands-on role where you’ll be driving process improvements, supporting production teams, and helping shape technical strategy. You’ll be the go-to person for troubleshooting, training, and continuous improvement — with plenty of scope to make a real impact.

    What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading process optimisation across tooling, equipment, and product development

  • Supporting day-to-day technical issues and guiding the technician team

  • Delivering training and mentoring to upskill others

  • Investigating faults and implementing corrective actions

  • Scoping and sourcing new equipment through the CAPEX process

  • Collaborating with production, development, maintenance, and H&S teams

  • Supporting NPI and risk assessments

  • Promoting company values and best practices across the site

    What We’re Looking For

  • Strong background in injection moulding and process optimisation

  • Experience with scientific moulding techniques (e.g., DOE, gate freeze studies)

  • Skilled in root cause analysis (5 Whys, Fishbone diagrams, etc.)

  • Good understanding of automation systems, hot runners, and temperature control

  • Clear communicator with a structured, proactive approach
