Do you have a sharp eye for quality, a head for process, and the drive to make things better?

We’re recruiting for an experienced Quality & Process Engineer to play a key role in improving processes, driving quality, and delivering practical engineering solutions that make a real commercial impact.

This isn’t a “tick-the-box” quality role — you’ll be actively involved across Production, Quality, Engineering, Environmental, Health & Safety, and Training, helping to set standards and make sure they’re met.

The Role

You’ll work closely with teams across the business to:



Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality & Environmental Management System (QEMS) and Business Management System (BMS) in line with industry standards.

Design and develop new products, improvements, tooling, fixtures, and associated equipment.

*

Carry out supplier, product, and service audits to ensure everything meets required specifications.

*

Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instructions, and technical documentation such as FMEAs, Control Plans, and PFDs.

*

Champion continual improvement in processes, quality, and production capabilities.

*

Deliver both formal and on-the-job training to embed quality awareness across the business.

What You’ll Need

*

Degree (or equivalent) in Automotive Engineering or related field

*

Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills

*

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)

*

Knowledge of ISO, IATF, and APQP standards plus quality/project management techniques

*

Audit qualification (or willingness to achieve one)
