Here at Blueprint Recruitment, we are looking for a highly skilled Senior Process Design Engineer and a Process Design Engineer to join a global water and wastewater engineering company, in a permanent position. As the successful candidate you will be required to work on a hybrid basis (3 days a week) from our client's office in Birmingham.

This is a great opportunity to work on a variety of water and wastewater projects with an experienced and motivated team.

-Competitive salary ranging from £45,000-£62,500 (depending on experience).

-Hybrid working, generous holiday allowance (plus bank holidays), and company contributory pension scheme.

Key Responsibilities:

-Provide process and technical input during tenders, design reviews, and project execution.

-Review vendor quotations, purchase orders, and respond to technical queries.

-Ensure alignment with client and company specifications and requirements.

-Support commissioning, troubleshooting, and performance data collection.

-Collaborate with internal teams and assist in developing process design tools.

What we are looking for:

-A degree level qualification (or equivalent) in Chemical or Process Engineering, Chemistry or related discipline.

-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

-IT literate with an ability to use a wide range of IT packages including Microsoft Office.

-Ability to work on multiple tasks and under pressure
