Your Role as a Recruitment Consultant
As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle and develop expertise in your specialist market:

Partner with clients, taking job briefs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
Use a variety of business development techniques to win new clients.
Identify and qualify candidates, presenting top talent to meet client needs.
Build strong relationships with clients and candidates, becoming an expert in your sector.
Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and achieve team goals.
Expand our footprint in established sectors like Automation and Renewables while exploring new markets.Why Join Us?

Competitive Salary & Uncapped Earnings: €34,000 basic for Bachelor's degree holders, €35,000 for Master's degree holders, €37,000 for candidates with a degree and B2-level German proficiency. First-year OTE: €45k; second-year OTE: €70-80k; third-year OTE: €90-100k.
