Champion optimization—unlock improvement in yield, throughput, energy efficiency, and waste reduction with Lean, Six Sigma, and the latest process tools.
Deliver projects end-to-end—oversee equipment design, commissioning, validation, and ongoing performance for capital and process enhancements.
Foster collaboration—work cross-functionally with R&D, QA, Operations, and Commercial teams to ensure processes align with ambitious product goals.
Promote best practice compliance & safety—lead the way with Health, Safety & Environmental standards, and regulatory adherence.
Analyse & communicate—turn process data into strategic insights, driving performance and informed decisions at the highest level.

What You’ll Bring

Degree-qualified: BSc or MSc in Chemical/Process Engineering (or related field).
Proven experience: Minimum 7 years in process/manufacturing roles within chemical, pharma, or specialty materials sectors.
Track record in plant management—you’ve run new facilities, overseen manufacturing operations, and scaled up innovative processes.
Strong leadership—skilled at developing people and fostering high-performing teams.
Hands-on with process control, instrumentation, and risk assessment (e.g., HAZOP).
Quality & regulatory savvy—familiar with ISO, GMP, and rigorous compliance frameworks.

Desirable:

PhD in a technical discipline
Expertise with encapsulation, emulsion, or dispersion technologies
Project management credentials (Prince2, PMP)
Six Sigma certification (Green/Black Belt)
