Process Engineer – Ongoing Temporary Role

📍 Folkestone

🕒 Monday to Thursday: 8:00am – 4:30pm | Friday: 8:00am – 3:30pm

📅 Immediate Start Available

We are currently recruiting for an exciting ongoing temporary opportunity for a Process Engineer to join a well-established and innovative manufacturing environment based at in Folkestone.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an engineering professional looking to gain hands-on involvement in the development, scale-up and continuous improvement of products from pilot stage through to full industrial production.

Reporting directly to the Senior Process Engineer, you will play a key role in helping to ensure manufacturing processes remain efficient, compliant, safe and of the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

* Support process development and scale-up activities from pilot to production

* Assist with continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations

* Help ensure processes are robust, compliant and operating efficiently

* Participate in process validation and GMP-related activities

* Troubleshoot manufacturing and process-related issues

* Work closely with cross-functional teams including production, quality and engineering

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

* A degree in a relevant engineering discipline

* 2–3 years’ manufacturing experience

* Knowledge of GMP, process validation and continuous improvement methodologies

* Strong problem-solving and communication skills

* Good project management and organisational ability

* A proactive and adaptable approach

* Ability to work independently as well as part of a wider team
