Are you a Process Engineer who thrives on precision, structure and improving how things are built?

Do you enjoy owning manufacturing processes end-to-end and making measurable improvements on the shop floor?

This Process Engineer role offers long-term stability, autonomy and the opportunity to make a genuine impact in a regulated manufacturing environment.

As a Process Engineer, you will benefit from:

As a Process Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

Supporting and optimising manufacturing processes to meet quality, cost and delivery targets

Managing New Product Introduction, ensuring lessons learned are captured and applied

Creating and maintaining detailed work instructions and best practice documentation

Driving continuous improvement activities across quality, process and delivery performance

Monitoring KPIs and investigating variances against agreed manufacturing times

Ensuring compliance with quality, environmental and health and safety standards

As a Process Engineer, your experience will include:

Experience in a manufacturing or production engineering environment

A methodical and process-driven approach to problem solving

Confidence working with KPIs, quality standards and continuous improvement tools

The ability to produce clear, detailed technical documentation

Strong communication skills with internal teams and external stakeholders

ONC in Electrical Engineering or equivalent, with HNC in Electrical Engineering desirable
