We are partnered with a global industry innovator that has impressive coverage across several continents within a lucrative and rewarding industry and are positioned to grow exponentially in the coming years. This is a pivotal role ensuring the success and continuous improvements of data centres and associated assets. With a primary focus on process development and procedure, this is the ideal opportunity for a Process Improvement Manager or Change Manager that wants to take on more responsibility within a new department. Supported heavily by the board, with the main initiative and key deliverable being increasing their efficiencies, ensuring that they remain technically advanced & ahead of the competition.

Professionals with an extensive background in Data Centres or Critical Environments that have a keen eye for continuous improvement will thrive in this position and company. Opportunities to progress and grow with the business are a serious reality and our client is looking for someone who is eager to leave their mark on a new and highly motivated department. If you're a Process Improvement Manager, Shift Manager or Change Management Engineer looking for more technical responsibility in a company at the forefront of the industry, we would love to hear from you. This role has a huge focus on Operations, Procedures, Technical Reviews, Controls & Automation and would be suited to a highly competent technical leader with extensive mechanical or electrical engineering experience.

Your Role as a Process Improvement Manager (Data Centres) will Include:

  • Working with project teams on international sites across Europe & APAC
  • Procedure & Process improvement of engineering & facilities teams
  • Conducting technical reviews
  • Overseeing multiple sites

    The successful Process Improvement Manager (Data Centres) will need:
  • Extensive Data Centre exposure
  • Engineering degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Controls or Automation
  • Experience deploying lean methodology & process improvements
