Are you a Process Engineer from a manufacturing background with experience of New Product Introduction looking to make a difference in an exciting business where you will be given the autonomy and responsibility to develop the products of a UK leading manufacturer?

Do you have experience managing Bills of Materials and are looking to play a key role in optimising manufacturing processes in a key supplier to its market?

This is the opportunity to join an established, inclusive and collaborative business, practicing at the highest level within the windows and doors industry.

This role would suit an experienced Process Engineer who will help develop new products, optimise manufacturing processes and ensure seamless product launches.

The role:

Lead and support New Product Introduction projects by collaborating with technical, manufacturing, and quality teams to develop efficient and scalable production processes
Develop, document, and implement process workflows, work instructions, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for new and existing products
Manage and maintain accurate Bill of Materials (BOM) data in the ERP system, ensuring alignment with engineering specifications and production requirements
Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions related to process or BOM discrepanciesThe Person:

Experience in Engineering and manufacturing
