The successful candidate will join a high-performing team responsible for delivering world-class cast components to exacting standards in one of the most advanced manufacturing sectors.

This is an ideal role for a skilled engineer who enjoys a hands-on challenge and thrives in an environment that encourages initiative, technical excellence, and personal growth.

Key responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and maintain robust process engineering procedures.
Reduce process-related scrap and drive cost-effective production solutions.
Provide technical support for production and customer qualification requirements.
Produce detailed qualification reports and review metallurgical designs for compliance.
Lead and support engineering projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Interact directly with customers to resolve technical challenges.
Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
Review and approve metallurgical requirements in customer specifications.
Drive process improvement projects with a focus on quality, consistency, and cost reduction.This is what you'll need:
