Due to rapid growth, my client is looking to recruit a Process Engineer for an initial 6 month contract however this may be extended. My client is a specialist manufacturer based in Brecon.
· Provide support to production on a daily basis to enable them to meet the production plan and maintain customer on time delivery.
· Fully understand the capability of the manufacturing equipment, working with maintenance to ensure optimum operating conditions.
· Ensure equipment is user friendly, and always safe.
· Identify and influence upgrades to the production area and manufacturing equipment to achieve process quality, efficiency and waste reduction.
· Work with design and development to implement robust solutions to manufacturing problems.
· Have gained their process engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
· Be a capable problem solver.
· Have strong MS Office and Excel skills.
· Will be a strong communicator.
· Be self-motivated.
Open to both PAYE and CONTRACTOR's working OUTSIDE OF IR35
