Are you a hands-on Process / Chemical / CI Engineer looking to grow your career in a technically rewarding environment?

We’re supporting an established chemical company that’s hiring a Process Engineer to work across process improvement and site-based projects.

With a newly formed department, this is a chance to shape your career from day one — with exposure to live plant challenges, capital projects, further qualifications, and a development path to chartership.

An ideal applicant will have a Chemical / Process related degree and some level of site-based experience within a Chemical, Manufacturing, FMCG, Oil & Gas, or similar industry.

The company themselves are an established chemical company, renowned for the development, retention, and investment in their staff. Due to the creation of a new department, we are seeking a Process Engineer to join the company on a full time & permanent basis.

In this role, you’ll support the Process Engineering Manager on process improvement projects, delivering technical troubleshooting & process engineering support for ongoing improvements in safety, efficiency, throughout, & quality.

Position:

*Process Engineer
*£45,000 - £50,000 + Chartership Support + 42days holiday + Relocation + Medical
*Key role in process improvement & development projects
*Further technical development in process / project engineering
*Road to chartership

Person:

*Process Engineer / CI Engineer or similar
*1-2+ years’ industry experience in a manufacturing or site-based engineering role.

  • Strong interest in process development, project execution, and continuous improvement.
    *Degree in Chemical or Process Engineering (or related discipline)
