    The Job you’ll do

  • Analysing process performance and identifying improvement opportunities

  • Calculating cycle times, capacity, and ensuring machine parameters are optimised

  • Monitoring and updating SPM and RO systems

  • Leading improvement projects and collaborating with key stakeholders

  • Supporting and developing quality control measures

  • Managing FMEAs and developing SOPs for new processes

  • Leading industrialisation and installation of new equipment

    About You

  • Proven knowledge of process and project engineering

  • A Level 3 qualification in engineering (or equivalent experience in automotive/manufacturing)

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication across all levels

  • A structured, methodical, and proactive approach to work

  • Confidence in managing resources and driving results
