Delivering impactful production and process projects from concept to completion, ensuring compliance with HSE, quality, and regulatory standards every step of the way.

Leading and supporting technical transfers from other global sites and implementing process improvements using Lean Manufacturing, Quality by Design, and risk-based approaches.

Creating and executing project plans—from engineering documentation to validation activities—on time and within budget, while maintaining alignment with project goals.

Investigating deviations and driving solutions that improve performance and compliance across the board.

*

Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Quality, Engineering, and Manufacturing, to ensure seamless project execution and operational excellence.

Contributing to our innovation culture by bringing fresh ideas, driving change, and pushing boundaries.

To thrive in this role, you should bring:

A degree in Chemical Engineering (BSc/BEng, MSc/MEng, or PhD).

*

3–5+ years of hands-on experience in the pharmaceutical or biopharma industry.

*

Proven expertise in tech transfer and product start-up, from early-stage development to commercial manufacturing.

*

A strong grasp of GMP regulations, process validation, and HSE principles.

*

Experience with equipment selection, design, and technical manufacturing support.

*

A proactive mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to juggle multiple high-impact projects.
