  • Proficiency with one or more EDA tools, preferably Mentor Graphics Expedition (Xpedition), knowledge of Vutrax would be advantageous but not essential.
  • Strong understanding of PCB fabrication and assembly processes.
  • Familiarity with IPC standards (e.g., IPC-2221, IPC-7351).
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

    Preferred:
  • Experience with high-speed digital design (e.g., DDR, USB, Ethernet).
  • Experience with impedance control, signal integrity, and power integrity best practices.
  • Experience with design for RFI and EMC integrity best practices.
  • Knowledge of MCAD/ECAD collaboration tools (e.g., STEP model integration).
  • Familiarity with scripting or automation in EDA tools (e.g., VBScript, Tcl).
