Marketing Executive - Larking Gowen are looking for a proactive and skilled Marketing Executive to join our dynamic Business Development, Marketing & Comms Team based in Ipswich, Suffolk in this exciting full-time, permanent position.

About the role:

This Marketing Executive role is integral to the implementation of our marketing strategies, and you will collaborate closely with various teams to develop and deliver targeted, sector-specific marketing campaigns. You will be expected to travel to our other offices across Suffolk and Essex, so a valid driver’s licence and access to a vehicle are essential. Working hours in this role will be Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Management - Assist in the creation, implementation, and coordination of sector-specific marketing campaigns, ensuring timely and budget-compliant deliverables.
Content Collaboration - Partner with digital and design teams to craft engaging sector-specific content and marketing assets that resonate with our audience.
Event Coordination - Plan and execute events, handling logistics, promotional material creation, and post-event evaluations to assess impact.
Performance Monitoring - Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for ongoing optimisation.
Stakeholder Engagement - Collaborate closely with partners and stakeholders to ensure all marketing efforts align with broader business strategies and goals.

About you:

As a Marketing Executive, you will have a proven track record of executing successful high-quality campaigns, managing day-to-day marketing activities, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. Due to the nature of the role the candidate must be able to drive and have access to a car.  You will have strong communication and collaboration skills that enable you to work effectively with diverse teams. You will have exceptional organisational abilities and have a keen analytical mind, able to make data-driven decisions to optimise marketing efforts.  You will be proficient in marketing software and analytics tools, ideally with basic design or content creation skills.
