£30,000 - £40,000 + Full Training + Progression Opportunities + External Courses (six sigma etc) + Work / Life Balance + Pension + Holiday

Do you have experience within Manufacturing, NPI, continuous improvement or similar looking to join an industry leading company who will invest in you through full training and external courses to give you the tools to progress your career in the business, working within an interesting and technical field to play a vital role in the future growth of the team?

On offer is a varied and technical role within a friendly team who will offer you fantastic training to progress within a manufacturing role working with a variety of industries, with full training and support to thrive in the role and upskill in order to progress within the role and gain future opportunities such as Management routes.

This company are a Manufacturer who work with big names across various industries such as automotive and power generation. Due to continued growth in line with continuous improvement they are looking for a motivated engineer to join their team.

In this role you will be involved in all NPI activities to assist in bringing products from the design / conception stages into manufacture, while striving for continual improvements of quality and yield. The role will be hands on, split between the shop floor and office.

The role would suit someone who has a background in Manufacturing Engineering, Process Engineering, Continuous Improvements or similar.

The Role:
*Monday - Friday, 40 hours
*Split between the shop floor and office
*Part of the NPI team
*Bringing products from concept to manufacture
*Liaising with clients to discuss requirements and updates

The Person:
*Manufacturing/ NPI/ process engineering experience or similar
*Must have Full Rights to Work in the UK (as the company currently are unable to offer sponsorship)
