Job Description-

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Contracts Manager with extensive knowledge of HVAC systems, air conditioning, and ventilation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contract management, project delivery, and some level of design and system sizing expertise. This role requires a proactive individual who can oversee multiple projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard. The role also involves quoting HVAC work, procurement, managing a small HVAC team of engineers, and handling project handovers, including O+M manuals.

Key Responsibilities as our HVAC Contract Manager-



Manage multiple HVAC contracts from inception to completion.

Oversee installation, maintenance, and servicing of HVAC, AC, and ventilation systems.

*

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet industry regulations.

*

Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.

*

Provide technical expertise, including system sizing and basic design modifications.

*

Quote HVAC work and manage procurement processes.

*

Oversee project health and safety and conduct cost analysis.

*

Prepare and review risk assessments, method statements, and compliance documentation.

*

Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any challenges as they arise.

*

Lead and manage a small team of HVAC engineers, ensuring efficiency and quality.

*

Ensure health & safety regulations are adhered to across all sites.

*

Assist with tenders, quotations, and procurement processes.

*

Handle project handovers, including compiling and submitting O+M manuals.

*

Build and maintain strong client relationships to secure repeat business.

Key Skills & Experience:

*

Extensive HVAC knowledge with strong AC and ventilation experience.

*

Previous experience managing multiple contracts within the HVAC sector.

*

Ability to read and interpret HVAC technical drawings.

*

Knowledge of system sizing and basic design principles.

*

Strong leadership and team management skills.

*

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

*

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.

*

Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.

*

Experience in quoting HVAC work, procurement, and cost analysis.

*

Full UK driving license required.
