Role: Electrical Site Manager & Authorised Person (LVAP)
Location: Rickinghall
Rate: Up To £550 p/d Outside IR35/LTD Company
Duration: 6 Months+
Start: ASAP
Sector: Clean Water Treatment Works (WTW)
 
IMPORTANT: We can only consider candidates who currently has a current/valid Low Voltage Authorised Person ticket. I you don't currently have this, then we won't be able to consider you at this time.
 
The business we are working with, a contractor, has an opportunity for a qualified Electrical AP to manage the electrical package on a Water Treatment Works (WTW) on behalf of Essex & Suffolk Water.
 
A great opportunity to join a contractor that have secured significant AMP7 & AMP8 contracts on the Essex & Suffolk Water framework
 
As an AP, we are looking for somebody who has had experience writing and managing RAM's for Sub Contractor delivery on previous Water/wastewater projects, able to issue permits as well as carrying out LV Isolations.

Responsibilities:
 
·Supervising and monitoring of sub-contractors
·Supervision of in-house project labour resources
·HSEQ control and monitoring
·Liaison with the client representatives
·Identifying and planning installation resource needs for projects
·Writing Method Statements
·Writing Risk Assessments
·Issuing permits
·Carrying  out isolations
·Liaison with line management on project performance
·Implementation of company safety, health, environmental and quality policies
·Ensuring and maintaining an acceptable quality of outputs
·Reviewing and issuing relevant permits to undertake works
 
Requirements
 
·18th Edition
·SMSTS/SSSTS
·Experience writing method statements, risk assessments and H&S
·hold valid and current authorised person status
·Hold a valid full UK driving licence
