We are working with a leading provider of innovative and sustainable water treatment engineering systems operating in UK and across Europe in the Data Centre, Pharma, Power and Industrial sectors. specialize in designing, installing, commissioning, and maintaining water treatment solutions to meet clients' specific needs. dedicated to delivering high-quality, cost- effective engineering solutions that prioritize safety, reliability, and environmental sustainability. 

As Electrical Engineer Manager, you will lead all electrical engineering aspects of a large-scale data centre project, ensuring delivery of high-quality, safe, and efficient systems that meet stringent uptime and performance requirements. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage subcontractors, and act as the technical authority for electrical works.
Main Duties and Responsibilities·      
Lead the electrical engineering design, procurement, and delivery of water treatment systems serving a hyperscale data centre.
·      Coordinate with mechanical, civil, and process engineering teams to ensure integrated system design.
·      Manage electrical subcontractors during installation and commissioning phases.
·      Ensure compliance with local Finnish electrical standards, EU regulations, and client specifications.
·      Review and approve technical submittals, electrical schematics, load calculations, and as-built documentation.
·      Oversee the development of commissioning plans, FAT/SAT protocols, and testing procedures.
·      Conduct site inspections and provide technical guidance to ensure quality and safety compliance.
·      Support project planning and scheduling from an electrical perspective.
·      Liaise with the client’s engineering representatives and external consultants.
·      Manage project risks related to electrical systems and lead issue resolution. 

Required Qualifications and Experience
 ·      Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Electrical Engineering.
·      10 yrs experience with a minimum of 5yrs in a construction environment
·      Must speak fluent English (written and spoken) – essential for client communication and technical documentation.
·      Proven experience delivering electrical systems for large-scale data centres, critical infrastructure, or industrial water treatment projects.
·      Familiarity with electrical systems including MCCs, VFDs, backup power systems (UPS/generators), SCADA integration, and low-voltage systems.
·      Working knowledge of EN/IEC standards and Finnish building and electrical codes.
·      Strong understanding of health & safety regulations and best practices.
·      Excellent communication, leadership, and team coordination skills. Benefits
