As a Manufacturing Process Engineer, you’ll play a key role in shaping continuous improvement activity, leading projects and supporting site-wide performance enhancements.

Summary of Main Duties and Responsibilities for the Process Engineer

• Lead and support improvement projects across a range of manufacturing processes on site• Manage individual projects including cost saving, H&S and business critical workstreams, ensuring realistic timeframes and regular updates• Contribute to wider group projects and support team KPIs• Work alongside operators and area leads to turn improvement suggestions into structured plans and actions• Support production teams with lean tools including 5S, Kaizen, GEMBA and DMAIC• Carry out justification and feasibility studies including ROI calculations, CAPEX submissions and cross-functional review• Support the introduction of new products, new processes and emerging manufacturing techniques• Optimise existing processes to reduce cost and improve perf...
