This is an exciting opportunity to join their team at a pivotal time of growth, innovation, and investment.

Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive Process Engineer to optimise and improve manufacturing operations. The role covers both traditional automotive processes and new technologies for EV applications, offering exposure to mechanical systems, automation, chemical processes, and batch production.
The successful candidate will play a key part in scaling up production, commissioning new equipment, and driving continuous improvement across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, configure, and optimise industrial processes from concept through to start-up and certification
  • Analyse production processes, measure performance, and identify improvement opportunities
  • Design, test, and enhance mechanical and automated systems, including chemical and batch operations
