An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Process Engineer to join a forward-thinking organisation at the forefront of sustainable chemical technology. This role offers the chance to contribute to developing cutting-edge technology for the renewable and sustainable sector.

Your new role

As a Process Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in translating lab-scale innovations into commercially viable manufacturing processes. You'll lead front-end engineering design (FEED), support pilot-to-commercial scale-up, and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless technology transfer and process optimisation.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and contribute to FEED for new process installations and modifications
Support scale-up activities including process modelling, equipment specification, and commissioning
Conduct process simulations, mass/energy balances, and risk assessments
Develop and maintain process documentation (PFDs, P&IDs, SOPs, safety protocols)
Monitor and optimise process performance for efficiency, cost, and sustainability
Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations
Provide technical support during plant trials and continuous improvement initiativesWhat you'll need to succeed

Degree in Chemical or Process Engineering (Master's preferred)
