Are you a Process Engineer based in NW London?

Do you have experience validation and commissioning within the Biotech/Pharmaceutical field with cleanroom installation and facility expansion?

Then B&S want to talk to you!

My client is a company that started from just a few brick and mortar high street stores and now has manufacturing and transport hubs up and down the UK with fingers in trading markets across the globe. We are growing in headcount consistently and now sit at just over 1000. Our approach to people and work has contributed to our biggest financial year this far in 2024 and we have no plans to stop the growth!

We are paying between £55,000 - £65,000 DOE for the right person to bolster the ranks of the business and make a real contribution to peoples lives.

The right candidate will have experience in designing and installing cleanroom/classified areas and ensuring seamless integration, with process optimization being key to delivering tasks. You will be liaising with SLT members, working closely with Continuous Improvement specialists and reporting only to the COO.

This role is site based 5 days per week (HA4 0NU)

Where to Advertise Semiconductor Jobs in the UK (2026 Guide)

Where to advertise semiconductor jobs UK in 2026: the specialist boards, academic channels and community routes that actually reach IC, fab and EDA talent. The candidate pool is one of the smallest and most specialised in any engineering discipline — spanning IC design engineers, process engineers, fab technicians, EDA tool developers, compound semiconductor physicists and power electronics specialists. General job boards are largely ineffective for semiconductor hiring. The community is tight-knit, highly academic in its roots and concentrated around a small number of university groups, fab facilities and design centres. Specialist boards, academic channels and direct community engagement are the primary sourcing strategies that work. This guide, published by SemiconductorJobs.co.uk, covers where to advertise semiconductor roles in the UK in 2026, how the main platforms compare, what employers should expect to pay, and what the data says about hiring across different role types.
