CK Group are recruiting for an experienced Process Engineer, to join a well-established and successful global pharmaceutical company, based in Hatfield, Hertfordshire, on a permanent basis.

Key duties will include:

Provide engineering technical expertise in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Good Engineering Practice (GEP).
Optimise manufacturing and packaging plant equipment to ensure reliability and efficiency in terms of cost and availability.
Deliver improvements to equipment reliability and availability, maintaining metrics and KPI to demonstrate performance.
Co-ordinate and participate in the development of risk assessment and method statements. 
Your Background:

HNC/HND/Degree qualified in a relevant engineering discipline.
Practical experience of GMP manufacturing, packaging processes or equipment within a MHRA / FDA regulated facilities.
Understanding / training in Lean Six Sigma 
Project Management training – CAPM / PMQ (or equivalent).
