As a Process Engineer you will:

Develop, configure, and optimise industrial processes from concept through to certification and start-up.
Assess production processes, conduct measurements, and interpret data to identify improvement opportunities.
Design, test, and upgrade mechanical and automated systems, including batch and chemical operations.
Lead process development and optimisation for speciality components in the EV sector.
Drive the introduction of capital equipment, commissioning processes, and handover to production teams.
Champion structured problem-solving methods to address quality and efficiency issues while adhering to Health & Safety policies.
The Process Engineer will bring:

A formal Higher Education qualification in Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, or Process Engineering (or equivalent).
A minimum of three years' experience in a process, production, or industrial engineering role within a manufacturing environment.
Experience in printed circuit manufacturing is essential, PCB, FCB and/or Chemical Processes. 
A strong background in mechanical systems, automation, and continuous improvement.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and quality improvement tools.
