What You Will Do:

  • Develop and optimise manufacturing processes to ensure high levels of quality and efficiency.

  • Create and maintain detailed production process maps and implement improvement plans to reduce waste and enhance workflow.

  • Conduct PFMEA and implement process controls to support product and process quality.

  • Monitor and analyse manufacturing data to identify improvement opportunities and ensure consistent quality.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to introduce new products and processes, ensuring smooth integration into production.

  • Lead process control initiatives, including statistical process control (SPC), to minimise variation and improve operational performance.

    What You Will Bring:

  • Significant experience in Process Engineering within a complex manufacturing environment, ideally involving chemicals, pressed and trimmed components.

  • Proficiency in standard process engineering tools such as Value Stream Mapping, SOPs, and SPC.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve complex process issues.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
