Process Engineer

Location: Filton (initially full-time onsite, then hybrid – 60% onsite)
Contract: Until 31/10/2026 (possible extension)
Rate: £38.00 per hour (Umbrella) | £28.41 per hour (PAYE)
Hours: 35 hours across 4.5 days (flexible working between 7am–7pm)

About the Role

Morson is currently recruiting a Process Performance Engineer (PPE) to join the Manufacturing Engineering team at our Aerospace Manufacturing clients' site in Filton.

As a PPE, you will play a key role in optimising industrial processes, improving efficiency, and reducing spent time per aircraft. Working within a multi-functional team, you'll design the best standard line balancing for production, analyse data, and drive process improvements on the shop floor.

This role offers the chance to build on your existing expertise while contributing to the implementation of new technologies, digitalisation, and ethical design for manufacture.
