What You Will Do:

  • Lead process engineering maturity by designing and delivering training aligned with industry standards.

  • Deputise for the Process Engineering Manager, ensuring seamless operations in their absence.

  • Develop and maintain detailed production process maps, using tools like Value Stream Mapping, Yamazumi Charts, and time study analysis.

  • Drive process efficiency improvements, focusing on production flow and waste reduction.

  • Conduct PFMEA and Control Plan activities to implement robust process controls for quality assurance.

  • Monitor manufacturing data, analyse trends, and propose solutions to enhance operational performance.

    What You Will Bring:

  • Significant experience in process engineering within a complex manufacturing environment.

  • Proficiency in using tools like Standard Operating Instructions, Spaghetti Diagrams, and SPC.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve complex process issues effectively.

  • Knowledge of APQP processes, including PFMEA, PPAP, and Control Plans.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.

    - Due to the nature of the work, applicants must be eligible to obtain UK Security Check (SC) clearance. This typically requires long-term residency in the UK and may be limited to British nationals.
