Manage the full recruitment life-cycle: from client briefings to interview feedback
Drive business development by identifying and engaging new clients in your market
Source, qualify, and present top candidates for open roles
Build strong relationships to become a trusted expert in your vertical (e.g. Automation, Automotive, Renewables, Semiconductors)
Collaborate with teammates to share market insights and support overall team success
Expand g2's footprint in established sectors while exploring new market opportunitiesSkills we look for:

Must be a commutable distance away from Werksviertel (40-minutes D2D).
