Senior Semiconductor Test Engineer

Senior Semiconductor Test Engineer – Semiconductor ATE background (Teradyne/V93K) – Scotland – Hybrid - Generous Package. A Senior Test Engineer with a proven background involving ATE (Teradyne/V93K) within a Semiconductor environment will join the Global Team of a thriving Technology Company revolutionizing the electronics industry.

Reporting to the Test Development Manager, the successful Senior Test Engineer will develop test plans, design ATE board-level hardware, debug complex software as well as creating reliable production test program solutions.

Key Requirements for the Senior Test Engineer (Semiconductor ATE) include:

• A minimum of a good Bachelors Degree in an Electronic Engineering discipline.
  
  
• 5+ years working in Product Test Engineering within a Semiconductor environment.
  
  
• ATE expertise (V93K/Teradyne).
  
  
• Proficiency in C++ or equivalent programming and strong Scripting skills using Python or PERL.
  
  
• Strong diagnostic and analytical skills as well as excellent documentation skills.
  
  
• Full eligibility to work in the UK without Sponsorship.
  
  This start-up Semiconductor Company is developing high-speed and energy efficient solutions critical to the evolution of electronics industry. Knowledge of High-Speed SERDES testing would be a distinct advantage.
  
  A generous salary will be offered to the successful Senior Test Engineer up to C£75/80K with Hybrid working ( 3 days office / 2 WFH) plus Shares, private medical cover, flexible working and excellent opportunities for career development
