Senior Project Manager – Cambridge 
 
A fast-growing, fabless semiconductor company is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex RF hardware and embedded software development projects.
 
This is a leadership role at the heart of a dynamic, deep-tech environment, driving projects from concept through to product release alongside the Senior Leadership team.
 
As the Senior Project Manager, you’ll coordinate multi-disciplinary teams across IC design, system engineering, embedded firmware, and validation, ensuring milestone delivery and aligning technical execution with business goals.
 
Responsibilities:

Manage and lead projects across the full lifecycle
Develop detailed project plans
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure project execution
Develop and implement practical project management processes  
Requirements:

Strong project/program management experience in semiconductors, RF, or embedded systems.
Hands-on delivery of hardware/software integrated projects.
Excellent planning, risk management, and cross-functional leadership skills.
Technical background in RF, electronics, or embedded systems preferred.
Comfortable working in a high-growth, agile environment.
