The Role:

As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll be responsible for:

Managing the full recruitment process from initial client briefings to post-interview feedback.
Identifying and approaching new clients through strategic business development.
Sourcing, qualifying, and presenting top-tier candidates.
Building strong relationships within a specialist vertical market, becoming a go-to expert.
Collaborating with colleagues to share knowledge and drive overall team success.
Expanding g2's presence across Industrial Automation, Automotive, Renewables, and Semiconductors, while identifying new market opportunities.What's in it for you?

Uncapped commission on top of your base salary - your earnings are in your hands. Expected OTE: Year 1: €45k, Year 2: €70-80k, Year 3: €90-100k
Competitive starting salary: €34,000 (Bachelor's degree), €35,000 (Master's degree), €37,000 (Bachelor's/Master's + B2-level German proficiency)
