As part of a large, dynamic multinational group, we are looking for a Quality Manager to join our senior leadership team and play a key role in ensuring our world-class standards are upheld across our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary liaison between our production operations and customers, ensuring the highest levels of communication and quality.
Lead the implementation of statistical methods and quality cost analysis to continually improve our production processes.
Oversee the development and compliance of quality specifications and procedures, including ISO standards and certifications.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives using 8D problem-solving methodologies and conducting thorough internal audits.
Lead and develop a team of approximately 36 professionals across various functions, ensuring they are empowered, trained, and positioned to succeed.
Promote a strong culture of quality throughout the organization, ensuring that world-class standards are maintained in every aspect of the business.What We're Looking For:

A proven leader withexperience in quality management within a manufacturing environment.
Strong experience with ISO9001:2015, statistical process control (SPC), and root cause analysis techniques (8D, 5-Why, Fishbone, etc.).
A hands-on approach to problem-solving and a track record of leading teams to success.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
