CY Partners are currently looking to recruit a Product Engineer to join a growing technology company at their facility based near Middlesbrough.
This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate who is looking to find a graduate position or somebody with prior experience working in Chemical or Bio-process engineering, to work for an innovative employer on interesting projects.
In this role you will be responsible for the design and development of novel equipment and business processes by engaging in the following activities

  • Providing input to the design and documentation for new equipment
  • Designing experiments to produce and analyse supporting data for equipment
  • Carrying out testing, commissioning and qualification of new equipment
  • Providing engineering design input to new processes
  • Carrying out research and selection of new process equipment
    There will also be a requirement to assist the business development function, liaise with customers and potentially visit client sites in the UK and overseas as and when required.
    Requirements
  • BEng, MEng qualification in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering or Bio-Process Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge or understanding of ISO 9001 and cGMP practices
  • Strong organisational skills and time/project management capabilities
  • Competent with Excel and other Microsoft software
