Health & Safety Manager (Process Safety)

Remote Based - Site Travel Across Scotland

£65,000-£75,000 + 15% Bonus + Vehicle + Development + Death in Service + Enhanced Pension + Further Benefits!

Are you a Health and Safety Manager with experience working within the process engineering sector who is looking to join a growing company who will actively invest in your further development?

Do you have knowledge of COMAH regulations and want to further progress your career within the oil & gas sector at a company who can give you long-term job security?

This company are one of the UK's leading distributors of oil for both households and businesses. With nearly 100 depots across the UK, they are currently in a period of growth and now looking to recruit a Health and Safety Manager to join their team and help them continue with their growth.

In this role the successful candidate will oversee and manage all aspects of process safety ensuring all works completed on site are in-line with regulations. They will play an active role in policy setting and procedure writing and champion process health and safety across the business. This will be a remote based role with site travel across Scotland.

The ideal candidate will have a Health and Safety background and experience working within a process and hazardous industry such as oil & gas, chemical, pharmaceutical, FMCG etc. They will have knowledge of COMAH regulations and experience within a management role. They must also have a full driving license and be located in Scotland with flexibility to travel to sites across that area.

    The Person

  • Health and Safety background with management experience
  • Experience working within a process and hazardous industry such as oil & gas, chemical, pharmaceutical, FMCG etc.
  • Knowledge of COMAH regulations
  • Located Scotland
  • Full UK driving license and happy to travel to sites across Scotland
