£48,000 - £50,000 + Bonus Scheme + Progression + Additional Company Benefits

You will be based in or commutable from one of the following locations: Probus, St Austell, Fraddon, Tregony, Truro. Other locations also considered.

Do you come from a manufacturing background with previous experience in Continuous Improvement and Lean manufacturing, and are looking for a long-term role within a growing company offering continued employee investment.

In this role you will work to increase production and minimise downtime within a company who are passionate about development and their excellent benefits package.

The company are a specialist within their industry and supply their products across the UK due to continued expansion and investment, they are now looking to further expand their engineering team.

This role would suit someone with CI and Lean manufacturing experience looking for a long-term permanent position.

The Role:

-Working as a Process Engineer to drive Continuous Improvement and Lean Manufacturing across the production site

-Other duties of the role will include but are not limited to; Reliability, Analysis, Six sigma, Compliance, HSE and much more.

-Monday Friday (40hrs)

-Further progression and training
