Responsibilities

  • Develop, configure, and optimise industrial processes from concept through to certification and start-up.
  • Assess production processes, conduct measurements, and interpret data to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Design, test, and upgrade mechanical and automated systems, including batch and chemical operations.
  • Lead process development and optimisation for speciality components in the EV sector.
  • Drive the introduction of capital equipment, commissioning processes, and handover to production teams.
  • Champion structured problem-solving methods to address quality and efficiency issues while adhering to Health and Safety policies.

The Process Engineer Will Bring

  • A formal Higher Education qualification in Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, or Process Engineering (or equivalent).
  • A minimum of three years of experience in a process, production, or industrial engineering role within a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience in printed circuit manufacturing is essential; PCB, FCB and/or Chemical Processes.
  • A strong background in mechanical systems, automation, and continuous improvement.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and quality improvement tools.
