The Opportunity

To join a world-leading manufacturer of linear motion systems and automation components. With a reputation for high-quality, precision-engineered products and strong innovation, we are looking for a motivated CNC Project Engineer to join our dynamic team.

The Role

As a Process Engineer, you will work closely with the production and engineering teams to reduce in the assembly processes, produce SOPs, WIs, and create Build Manuals for the businesses existing and new product range.

Necessary Skills / Experience / Qualifications

LEAN Manufacturing
6 Sigma Green Belt or other statistical process control
Practical 8D Problem Solving Principles
Analytical skills
Basic IT skills including Microsoft Suite and Teams
Able to create instructional / technical documentation
Practical experience of manufacturing processes
Project management experience
Understanding of LEAN manufacturing techniques
Able to read technical drawings
Key Responsibilities

Create and implement Build Manuals, SOPs, Wis
Monitor and review processes
Implement LEAN Improvements
Communicate project progress
Attend operational meetings to understand live issues
Work with Engineers and Manufacturing Team to deliver necessary solutions
About You

The successful applicant will be able to work independently using the methodology to deliver practical improvements.
