Are you a detail-driven Process Engineer looking to optimize manufacturing processes and improve production efficiency? Join our great client in Corby, where you'll drive continuous improvement, process design and data-driven decision-making in a dynamic engineering environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in technical engineering support as directed by the Technical & Production Managers

  • Analyze statistical process control data using Minitab software to drive performance improvements

  • Monitor and optimize product processing routes and associated equipment

  • Develop and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for production activities

  • Generate engineering concepts, including Engineering Change Control

  • Ensure compliance with AS9100 QA system and company quality control standards

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance yield and efficiency

  • Create and interpret 3D CAD drawings for engineering projects

  • Conduct Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) to enhance reliability

  • Maintain accurate documentation and process records

    Skills & Experience Required:

  • Expertise in process design and process engineering

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • Experience in statistical process control and data analysis

  • Familiarity with ceramics industry processes (preferred)

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team

  • Knowledge of AS9100 QA system and quality control principles

  • Proficiency in 3D CAD modeling and engineering documentation
