What You Will Do:

Own the mechanical, electronic, and support aspects of introducing new product developments into the supply chain.
Ensure the supply chain and subcontract manufacturers are prepared for high-volume production with exceptional quality.
Develop and implement new manufacturing equipment and processes, ensuring they meet yield and capacity targets.
Define and enforce rules for Design for Manufacture and Assembly to optimise PCB and mechanical designs.
Manage prototype builds, ensuring logistics, production lines, and build plans are in place and issues are addressed.
Provide ongoing support to production partners to address any process or design issues post-production ramp.
What You Will Bring:

Proven experience as an NPI, Manufacturing, Production, or Process Engineer with expertise in electro-mechanical product manufacturing.
A strong background in Design for Manufacture and Assembly (DFMA) and end-to-end NPI processes.
Solid understanding of electro-mechanical production processes, including SMT and electro-mechanical assembly.
Experience in data analysis of high-volume product assembly and test yields.
Effective project planning and coordination skills, with the ability to align deliverables with wider project schedules.
