MEICA Site Manager

GRS are working on behalf of a Tier 1 contractor specialising in clean and wastewater infrastructure projects across the South East. We are seeking an experienced MEICA Site Manager to oversee project execution, drive performance on-site, and support project delivery to strict timelines and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Day-to-day management of MEICA works on active sites

Ensure health & safety compliance and adherence to CDM regulations

*

Monitor project progress, budgets, and risk management

*

Liaise with internal project teams, clients, and specialist subcontractors

*

Prepare progress and status reports for Contracts Manager

*

Coordinate MEICA activities in line with program milestones

Requirements:

Proven background in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Control & Automation (MEICA) projects

*

Strong understanding of water sector infrastructure (clean/wastewater)

*

Experience with subcontractor coordination and performance oversight

*

Relevant certifications (SMSTS, CSCS)

*

Proficiency in project tracking and reporting tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel)
