In this role, you will lead critical improvement projects aimed at maximising efficiency and profitability. You will champion waste elimination, optimise workflows, and implement standardised visual management systems. Collaborating closely with the process engineering team, you will provide expert guidance on 5S and Kaizen methodologies.

The Role:

  • Manufacturing Engineer
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimise production processes and enhance product quality.
  • Lead critical improvement projects focused on maximising efficiency and profitability.
  • Collaborate with the process engineering team to provide expert guidance on 5S and Kaizen methodologies.

    Candidate Requirements:
  • Materials Science or Mechanical Engineering background
  • Ideally have a background with Polymers and/or Manufacturing processes
