MANUFACTURING ENGINEER
We are offering a role for a driven and experienced Manufacturing Process Engineer in order to become an integral part of our expanding team,
We blend heritage craftsmanship with forward thinking processes – and as our Manufacturing Process Engineer, this role is key in helping us deliver excellence at every stage of production.
Established for many many years, offering a range of different manufacturing processes, providing top quality products into a wide variety of different manufacturing industry sectors.

Commutable from Birmingham, Wolverhampton, Walsall, Dudley, Norton Canes, Aldridge, Stourbridge, Handsworth, Solihull, Sutton Coldfield, Moseley, Lichfield and Tyseley

    RESPONSIBILITIES for MANUFACTURING ENGINEER
  • Champion continuous improvements
  • Support new product and process introduction
  • Utilise process knowledge to improve safety, Quality and cost efficiency
  • Cost and waste reductions
  • Improve factory layouts
  • Enhance capabilities of equipment
    REQUIREMENTS for MANUFACTURING ENGINEER
  • Relevant Manufacturing Engineering experience from within manufacturing
  • Knowledge of manual and semi-automated processes
  • To have the ability to read engineering drawings and interpret CAD data
  • Experience ideally of shop floor machining and manufacturing processes
  • Exposure to Quality control tools such as PFMEA and Control Plans
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels
