Maintenance Engineer (Heavy Industrial)

Are you a Maintenance Engineer with experience working on heavy industrial machinery looking to join a forward-thinking, well-established recycling company where you can grow into a supervisory role and play a key part in keeping critical operations running smoothly?

In this role, you'll support the growth of our recycling and waste operations by maintaining and upgrading key machinery, including shredders, balers, compactors, conveyors, and MRF systems. You'll carry out planned and reactive maintenance, and contribute to equipment installations and site improvements. An expectation to work every other Saturday gives you the opportunity to substantially boost your earnings.

The Role:

Conduct planned preventative and reactive maintenance on recycling plant and industrial waste machinery
Support machinery installations, breakdowns, and plant improvement projects
Progression into senior roles
Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 5:00pm (flexible) with occasional weekend callouts or shutdownsThe Person:
